Where are you located?

We're at 42 Roast Street, City Center, Downtown. We're a short walk from the central bus and tram stops. Look for the big coffee cup sign above the door!

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Saturday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We may extend hours on special event nights — check our Events page for details.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes! There's a public car park on Mill Lane (2 min walk) and on-street parking available on Roast Street after 6 PM and on weekends. We're also very cycle-friendly — we have bike racks right outside.

Are you pet-friendly?

Absolutely — well-behaved dogs are welcome in our outdoor seating area. We even keep a water bowl outside for our four-legged regulars!

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes! We offer oat, almond, soy, and coconut milk alternatives. Many of our pastries and food items are available in vegetarian and vegan options. Please ask a member of staff about allergens — we're happy to help.

Where do your coffee beans come from?

We source all our beans directly from ethical, sustainable farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala. Every bag is traceable back to the farm it came from. We rotate our single-origin offerings seasonally.

Can I buy your coffee beans to take home?

Yes! We sell our house blend and current single-origin beans by the bag at the counter. We can also grind them to your preferred method — espresso, filter, French press, or cafetière.

Do you serve food all day?

Our full food menu is available from opening until 30 minutes before closing. We also run daily specials — check the specials board when you arrive or visit our homepage for the current week's highlights.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available for all customers. Ask any member of staff for the current password — we change it monthly for security.

Can I work from Nitro Beans?

Of course! We love having remote workers and students. We have plenty of plug sockets, good lighting, and a relaxed atmosphere. During peak hours (8–10 AM and 12–2 PM) we ask that laptop users sit at the larger tables to keep space available for groups.

How do I reserve a table?

You can reserve a table directly through our website on the Contact & Reservations page. We accept reservations for groups of 2 or more, up to 14 days in advance.

Can I hire the space for a private event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer private hire for birthdays, corporate breakfasts, acoustic sessions, and more. Get in touch via our contact form or email info@nitrobeans.com and we'll put together a package for you.

Do you have a loyalty scheme?

We're working on a digital loyalty card — watch this space! In the meantime, ask about our paper stamp card at the counter. Buy 9 drinks and your 10th is on us.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, physical gift cards are available at the counter in denominations of £10, £20, and £50. They make a great present for any coffee lover!
